Enveda raised a $311 million Series E led by Catalio Capital Management, at a $2 billion valuation. That is double where it stood a year ago, and takes total funding past $845 million. The company runs machine learning over mass spectrometry data to work out what is in natural samples, and which of those molecules are worth turning into drugs. It is the same search problem Anthropic ran over bacterial enzymes this week, with the same limit: a candidate is not a medicine until somebody runs the trial.
