Meta announced Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 at Connect, on sale the same day from $449. It is slimmer, has an action button that reaches Meta AI in one press, and lasts up to nine hours against eight on Gen 2. Two new frames join the line: an Aviator and a cat eye called Zena, across 27 colour and lens combinations. Alongside came an audio-only pair, a VR headset, and Muse Charm, a pendant carrying Meta's own model. The interesting number is the ordinary one. This is a frontier model on your face, priced like sunglasses.
